The Facility Maintenance Technician will be responsible for skilled and semi-skilled work in a variety of commercial maintenance, repair and construction jobs involving the use of common tools and equipment and frequently operates specialized equipment.

MUST HAVE CLEAN VALID DRIVERS LICENSE
Must have off street parking company vehicle with commercial plates
Must work with little to no guidance
Reliable working with a proven track record of employment
Must be tech savvy and comfortable working with computers/mobile devices
